My name is Abby Hammonds. I am one of the speech language pathologists
here at Langston Road Elementary School. I also serve Feagin Mill Middle School
this year. I graduated from Valdosta State University where I received my Bachelor
of Science in Education degree with a major in Communication Disorders in 2014
and Masters of Education Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in
December in 2015. I have almost 5 years of experience in the Houston County
School System.
While working in Houston County, I have gained experience treating
students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation disorders,
language disorders, and fluency disorders. I have also gained experience
working with students who have a wide range of disabilities, including but not
limited to Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and many more.
